Delicious Blueberry shake

blueberries, health and fitnessGet a great dose of anti-oxidants with this simple shake. Though I love eating fruit, I am shake mad and this is a very tasty shake. Blueberries are a great nutritional fruit to add to any flavored shake or juice.

Get you daily dose of goodness whether you are in to fitness and training or trying to lose some weight.

- 200g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

- 2 Bananas

- 300ml Freshly squeezed orange juice

- Protein powder or Spirulina (optional)

- Add Some optional ingredients like low fat yogurt, low-fat ice-cream, low fat milk, some vanilla.

Blend everything together until smooth. place in to a glass. Drink straight away with a straw or just knock it back.
